Wow! It’s been a great week in alumni news!
We were just notified that Jack Gumbiner, now a sophmore at The Met Sacramento high school, has been honored by the Caring for Our Watersheds program for the second time in as many years! Last year, he and two classmates were finalists in a statewide contest for a bee box/erosion project to be implemented along local waterways. This year he is recognized, along with other classmates with other projects, for teaching a class to his commununity about easy ways to conserve water during the drought.
See Jack in a recent Sacramento News & Review edition here!
We are so proud of our alumni and the meaningful work they continue to share with the world!
