Our field trip to the Yolo Basin was wet and muddy, but it was also a lot of fun! We spent the morning learning about the Patwin people and recreated some of their seasonal activities. After lunch, we caravanned through the wetlands in search of birds and other animals. The highlight of our afternoon was seeing a coyote!
